This is my goal for my business – CareerSTRONG. It means that I want to help people better understand their strengths and potential blind spots. By knowing yourself, you can ask better questions and truly understand your personality preferences.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is the most widely used personality assessment in the world today. It can provide insight as to how you take in information and make decisions, how you get your energy, and how you deal with the outer world. As an MBTI Master Practitioner I help my clients understand how their unique personality fits into a variety of situations; the work world, home life, school and relationships.
The Strong Interest Inventory provides insight as to interests and work environment. How much do you have in common with individuals in certain occupations that are happy in their work? How do your basic interests fit into the various occupational themes known as the Holland Hexagon?
